We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, business name, email address, phone number, website URL, goals, messages, and preferred contact method when you submit a contact or growth-plan request.

We may also collect limited technical information such as browser type, device category, and pages visited when optional analytics is enabled, and security signals when spam protection runs on form submission.

We use personal information to respond to inquiries, provide consultations, deliver requested communications, operate and secure the website, improve services when you choose analytics, document communication preferences, and support business operations related to AI business growth consulting, websites, voice AI, chat, scheduling automation, reputation management, SEO, and follow-up automation.

Essential technologies are required to operate RevCatalyst securely — for example, remembering your privacy choices and protecting forms from automated abuse.

Optional analytics help us understand aggregate site usage. Analytics is off by default and only runs after you affirmatively accept analytics (or enable it in Privacy Choices). We do not treat continued browsing, scrolling, closing a banner, clicking unrelated links, submitting a form, or calling RevCatalyst as analytics consent.

When analytics is on, we may use Google Tag Manager (container GTM-K95RXWSP) and Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-EDMFBVCLG5), and Vercel Analytics / Speed Insights for page performance. These tools receive business-event names (for example, that a visitor started the consultant or submitted a lead form) and limited page metadata. They are not configured to receive email addresses, phone numbers, free-form lead messages, or other form field contents.

Advertising pixels and advertising tags are not currently used on this website.

On first visit you can Accept Analytics, Reject Non-Essential, or Manage Privacy Choices. You can change your mind anytime using the Your Privacy Choices control in the footer.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat analytics as denied and do not use a prior analytics acceptance to override that signal.

We use Google reCAPTCHA to protect lead forms from spam, fraud, and automated abuse. reCAPTCHA loads when you interact with the lead form (or at submission), not as a global tracker on every page view. Google may process device, browser, and interaction signals according to its Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Growth-plan and contact submissions are processed to evaluate your request and contact you according to the preferences you select. We store lead records in a hosted database (Supabase) and may send operational email through an email provider (Resend).

SMS consent checkboxes are optional and separate from form submission and from website analytics consent.

When you call the RevCatalyst Call Now / phone destination, the call may be answered using automated, AI-enabled voice technology operated with our voice provider (Retell). Calls may be processed, transcribed, and analyzed to route the conversation, capture callback details you provide, attempt live transfer or scheduling, and notify our team. Related records may be stored in our systems for follow-up.

Website marketing pages do not display the telephony number as visible text; the Call Now controls still dial the designated RevCatalyst inbound line.

Strategy-call links may take you to Google Calendar scheduling. Information you provide there is processed by Google under its terms and privacy policy.

When you submit a website URL for analysis, we may process publicly available website content to generate directional insights. Diagnostic results are illustrative and may be incomplete. Do not submit sensitive credentials or confidential information through public website fields.

We use service providers for hosting (including Vercel), analytics (when you consent), spam protection, database storage, email delivery, voice telephony/AI, and scheduling. Providers process information on our behalf as needed to deliver those services.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, document consent where applicable, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Specific retention windows may vary by record type and operational need.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

California residents may have rights to know, access, correct, or delete certain personal information, and to opt out of certain sharing where applicable. We do not currently run advertising/sale pixels on this site. To make a privacy request, contact us using the information below. You may also use Your Privacy Choices and GPC for analytics opt-out signals described above.

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will be revised when material changes are posted.
